Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

Short version: I collect your email when you ask for something, I never see your card details, and I don't sell or rent your data to anyone. The detail is below.

Who is responsible

Rich Chris ("I", "me") operates richchris.com. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What I collect

I never receive or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly under its own security and privacy terms. My servers only see whether a payment succeeded.

Why I collect it

I do not use your data for advertising, and I do not build advertising profiles.

Who processes it

I use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver products. Each processes only what it needs to:

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The analytics I use (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and reports aggregate page views only — it does not identify you. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout page, which is governed by Stripe's policy.

How long I keep it

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Purchase records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights (for example under GDPR or the CCPA). I honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site and its products are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, email me and I will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, I will update the date at the top of this page.
